These Terms and all matters arising out of or related to your use of the php288 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
You agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, in the venue of proper jurisdiction as determined under Philippine procedural law, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform. Nothing in this clause shall limit php288's rights to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction.
